Scott Gillespie is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience in project management, particularly in the healthcare market. He's worked his way up from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager, overseeing various construction projects ranging in scope and costs from $50K to $15M. Scott is adept at working with subcontractor teams, developing projects from start to finish and helping ownership teams in their project development process.

In search of a different perspective, he recently transitioned from the General Contractor to the Subcontractor role, where he uses his extensive experience in project management to helm subcontractor teams better. Scott obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University in Columbus, Ohio, and an Associate's Degree in Architecture from Columbus State Community College. He also studied graduate-level Rising Leaders Program classes at Builders Exchange.

Scott is currently an Estimating Manager at TDS CUSTOM CABINETS, LLC, having worked previously as a Project Manager at Ruscilli Construction and Thomas & Marker Construction.
