Scott Dwyer is an energy specialist with over 15 years of experience advising on clean energy solutions across customer, technology, market, and policy domains.

His work involves cutting-edge energy research projects, such as virtual power plant demonstrations, electric vehicle charging strategies, microgrid initiatives, and sustainable energy technology mapping.

Scott has assisted numerous organizations worldwide in navigating the challenges of transitioning energy systems, including energy utilities, startups, governments, and communities.

His expertise lies in distributed energy, residential energy solutions, community microgrids, energy-efficient buildings, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, customer journey mapping, supply chain analysis, business model development, market assessments, and stakeholder engagement.

Scott Dwyer holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Ulster, an MSc in Energy Systems and the Environment from the University of Strathclyde, and a BSc (Hons) in Environment from Glasgow Caledonian University.

He currently serves as a Research Principal at the University of Technology Sydney and has previously held positions as a Principal Analyst at Delta Energy and Environment, as well as an Energy Consultant at Rickaby Thompson Associates.
