Scott Boyer

Scott Boyer is the Founder and President of the Pharmaceutical Social Enterprise, consisting of OWP Pharmaceuticals and ROW Foundation. OWP Pharmaceuticals focuses on commercializing Neuroscience products in the US market, while ROW Foundation provides resources to under-resourced individuals globally.

Scott Boyer studied Business Administration and Management at Morningside University. He has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.

With an extensive background in the pharmaceutical industry, Scott Boyer held various positions at well-known companies. He served as the Founder and President of OWP Pharmaceuticals, was a Board Member at ROW Foundation, worked as the Executive Director of Business Development at inVentiv Health, held roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb including Regional Business Director in Neuroscience Specialty, National Business Director in Long-Term Care Channel, Regional Business Director in Hospital Channel, Associate Director of Regional Operations, and also worked as a District Sales Manager at Abbott.
