Scott Blanchard is a proud alumni of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and the AU/NTL Program at American University.
As the co-owner of the Ken Blanchard Companies, Scott is a frequent keynote speaker on leadership and continues the legacy of his father, Ken Blanchard, a renowned figure in the leadership field.
With a strong passion for developing exceptional leaders in organizations of all sizes, Scott has been a leader in the executive coaching industry for over 20 years.
Aside from his work in coaching, Scott is also an accomplished author, having written 'Leverage Your Best; Ditch the Rest' in 2004 with Madeleine Blanchard and co-authored 'Leading at a Higher Level' with Ken Blanchard, as well as 'Coaching Essentials for Leaders' with Madeleine Blanchard and Linda Miller.
Scott Blanchard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Cornell University and a Master of Science (MS) in Organization Development from American University.
Throughout his career, Scott has held various roles within The Ken Blanchard Companies, including President, EVP and Principal, Vice President of Delivery Services, Co-Founder of Coaching.com, Consulting Partner, as well as previously serving as General Manager at Golf University.
