Scott Bishop is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering, program management, and political affairs. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering at the prestigious United States Naval Academy and further pursued his education with a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School, where he was a successful student. Known for his leadership and technical expertise, Scott has served in several key positions throughout his career, which included work in the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), United States Navy, and Spirit AeroSystems. He was the District Director and Campaign Manager for Congressman Mike Pompeo and later transitioned to the NRO, where he oversaw the Aerospace Program. At Spirit AeroSystems, Scott served as the Process Verification & Major Technology Programs R&D Manager and later as the Advanced R&D Manager, overseeing the collaborative research operations. Currently, he is employed as the Senior Manager of Portfolio Strategy & Collaborative Research at the same company. In this role, he leads various teams, developing and executing strategies to maximize R&D investment in collaborative technologies.
