Scott Barry

Scott Barry is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in finance, accounting, psychology, sociology, and investment management. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan University. Scott currently serves as the Managing Director, member of the Executive Committee, and member of the Investment Committee at Essex Woodlands, where he plays a key role in strategic decision-making and investment strategies. Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions at Novartis, including Managing Director and Co-Head of China, and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, where he demonstrated his expertise in managing M&A activities. With his solid background in both finance and healthcare, Scott has excelled in driving growth and executing successful investment initiatives.
