Marian Schinkel

Marian Schinkel-van Os is a seasoned professional with a well-rounded background in recruitment, account management, event management, and banking. With her educational background in both vocational education and higher secondary education, Marian brings a depth of knowledge and experience to her work. She began her career as an Adviseur Particulieren at Rabobank, where she worked on advising and serving the bank's clients. Over the years, she grew her skillset and took on more responsibilities, ultimately becoming a Kantoormanager and then a Manager Particulieren.

After several years at Rabobank, Marian transitioned into the recruitment industry, where she held several senior roles at USG Marketing & Communications NL and WOMEN-AT-WORK, advising and recruiting candidates for various positions in marketing and communication.

Currently, Marian serves as an Adviseur Werving & Selectie at Provincie Utrecht, where she advises on matters relating to recruitment and selection. With her extensive experience in both the banking and recruitment industries, Marian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role.
