Scarlett O'Sullivan is a seasoned financial executive who recently transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Leaf Home, effective January 29, 2024. Before this appointment, she served as CFO at Rent the Runway for nearly eight years, where she was instrumental in launching and scaling the company's subscription business, driving financial transformation, and leading the company through its initial public offering (IPO) in 2021.124

O'Sullivan's background includes significant experience in investment banking and venture capital. She worked at SoftBank and has led multiple technology IPOs, which provided her with a robust foundation in financial strategy and operations.12 She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.13
