Scarlett Ma is a talented Designer and Artist with a strong passion for creativity and innovation.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Design from Shandong Normal University and a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design with an impressive 3.74 GPA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Scarlett has gained valuable experience throughout her career, having worked in various roles for reputable organizations.

She currently serves as a Senior Product Designer at ServiceNow, where she utilizes her skills to create exceptional designs.

Prior to her current role, Scarlett held the position of Product Designer at ServiceNow and gained experience as a Design Intern at Universal Orlando Resort.

During her academic journey, she also worked as a Graduate Student and Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Scarlett's professional experience includes serving as a Senior Art Director at WE Marketing Group, Art Director at TBWA\Shanghai, and as a Freelance designer at 4A Ad Agencies.

She has also worked as a Freelance book designer at Shanghai People's Fine Arts Publishing House and as a Designer at Havas Group, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in the field.
