With a Bachelor's degree in History from Stanford University and a Master's in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, Saydeah holds certifications in SPHR and SHRM-SCP, showcasing her expertise in the field.

Throughout her career, Saydeah has held key roles at prominent organizations like IVP, where she spearheaded the talent team, guided portfolio companies on human capital issues, and managed technology and facilities.

Her experience extends to being the Head of Human Resources at LeapFrog Enterprises, where she implemented innovative HR strategies globally, revamped the recruiting department, and led facilities teams.
