Sayantan [Lion™] is the Co-Founder of SR Consultants LLP, a prominent boutique government relations consultancy specializing in EU and Africa. The consultancy focuses on representing clients' interests at the highest political and diplomatic levels within Africa, the EU, and International Organizations.

Apart from his role in consultancy, Sayantan [Lion™] is a Certified Life Coach and Corporate Trainer who operates in both the UK and India. He actively contributes to ideation processes for a global integrated Manpower and HR Training company, and plays a key role in strategic planning for an organization in the field of Human Resource Management, focusing on competency mapping and PMS for diverse corporate clients.

Sayantan [Lion™] is also engaged in teaching and research activities for a prestigious school at the University of London. His extensive involvement extends to membership in various fund/venture consultancies and numerous quasi governmental/non-governmental panels and organizations.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Sociology and Anthropology from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. In addition, he has pursued certifications including Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), MCSE, MCDBA, CCNA, and CCNP in Information Technology through Microsoft Education.
