Sayantan Das Adhikari is the founder of Candid Communication, a Public Relation, Event, and Marketing agency established in Kolkata, India in 2003.

Candid UK, an extension of the agency, was created in 2010 and has successfully organized prominent UK Bengali diaspora events like Ananda Utsav, UK Bengali Film Festivals, and various Durga Pujas across the UK.

Candid Communication has emerged as the primary marketing partner for multiple West Bengal-based developers in the UK due to its deep engagement with the UK Bengali communities.

With a strong presence in Eastern India and collaborations with reputable PR firms in major cities, Candid offers nationwide support, spanning over 40 cities and 19 states in India.

In 2011, Candid extended its portfolio by establishing the Candid School of Communication, a management institute specializing in Event Management and Public Relations in Eastern India.

Sayantan Das Adhikari pursued his education at Calcutta University and has a profound background in the field of Public Relations and Event Management.
