Saurabh Arora

Saurabh Arora is a tech entrepreneur, product head, and researcher with a diverse background ranging from Ph.D. studies to co-founding startups. He is well-known for his co-founding work at Plum HQ, a benefits platform that empowers employers to offer a variety of financial wellness benefits. Prior to Plum HQ, Saurabh co-founded Startereum, where he led the strategic direction of the blockchain-focused startup.

Before his work in startups, Saurabh was the Product Head at Freshworks, where he drove the vision, roadmap, and design of platform capabilities for the company's flagship product, Freshdesk. He also founded and served as CEO of Airwoot, which was later acquired by Freshworks.

Saurabh's research experience is extensive, with research background at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute, Institute for Infocomm Research, Swedish Institute of Computer Science, Macquarie University, and Politecnico di Torino. During his research career, Saurabh contributed to various projects that focused on areas such as social media analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing.
