Satyen Shah is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of leadership experience in the Manufacturing and Insurance industries.

He holds a Post Graduate degree in General Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), a B.E. in Production from the National Institute of Technology Surat, and completed his HSC in Science at St Xavier in Surat.

Throughout his career, Satyen has held key roles such as Vice President-IT & Digital Solutions at JSW Steel, Account Head CRM at Tata Technologies, and Head of Business Process, Quality & Technology at Hover Automotive India Pvt Ltd.

His expertise lies in areas such as Digital Transformation, Automotive dealer management, CRM vision & strategy, enterprise application implementation, Change management, Program management, IT roadmap & Policy creation, IT Budgeting, purchase & controls, and team management in matrix organizations.

Satyen Shah has a proven track record in managing teams, driving digital initiatives, and implementing IT solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

He has worked with renowned companies like Tata Motors and Tata AIG, where he served in roles focusing on CRM operations, DMS, customer support, and various leadership positions.
