Sathya John is a seasoned talent acquisition professional and general manager for the Iberian branch of Customer Management Resourcing Group (CMR), a European-wide contact center recruitment agency. Having previously been the head of talent and development at CPM International Contact Centre in Barcelona, Sathya has extensive experience in strategic client relationship building, HR management, recruitment, and training.
