Co-founded Dobby (then, Halos) with Techstars, as I was wrapping up my work at DataRobot and getting the immigration paperwork done. I formally became Dobby CEO in February 2019.

Techstars is the worldwide network that helps entrepreneur succeed. Since its inception in 2006, Techstars companies collectively raised more than $6 billion and impacted literally every aspect of our lives. I joined DataRobot in May 2015 as one of the founding members of our client engagement team and moved to take managerial responsibilities as we started expanding our client engagement team in the beginning of 2016. In this role, I was responsible for our client engagements in the US East region. My primary responsibilities were 1. leading our US East data science team and 2. working hands-on with NYC client organizations across different industries (mainly - financial, insurance and healthcare) and integrate DataRobot in their problem solving and computing environment.

Was a founding member of the AIG Science Team - an enterprise-level group of best in class data scientists, behavioral economists, and top management consultants - that was created by AIG CEO Peter Hancock in 2012 to bring quantitative and evidence-based practices across AIG post 2008 financial crisis.

As a Senior Manager of Data Science, defined and managed projects across different insurance products, functions (Distributions, Underwriting, Claims) and regions (US Domestic, UK and EMEA). 

Designed, built, and deployed data science and machine learning applications (mostly GLM & XGBoost) into AIG's underwriting and claims systems (using small-scale automation & meta-programming to switch between model training and deployment environment).
