	Conduct initial kick off meetings with the client ,understand the requirement ,provide the test solution and strategy
	Responsible for Audit management
	Responsible for end to end delivery of regression/Functional/system testing for the projects in investment banking and technology line of business.
	Leading a team of 18 team members in the due course of testing activity.
	Point of contact for onsite Automation Support  
	Analyse the QA process and tailored the organization wide QA process as per the project requirement.
	Project planning activities: Scope identification, Test environment set up, Test Prioritization, Estimation, Release note preparation, Resource Identification, Work allocation, Escalation, People management, conflict management, team building, test reporting, onsite coordination, risk management, process modification and implementation and quality analysis based on the test summary.
	Understands, defines and assesses completeness of a task.
	Participates in a mid-level planning exercise for the project.
	Proactively anticipates issues and risks in their assigned tasks and escalates appropriately.
	End to end Automation and manual regression test suite identification, execution and status updating to the stakeholders. 
	Handling client communications
	5 year relevant experience in Agile project and played the scrum master role. Sprint activity tracking. Product back log maintenance, report presentation using burn down chart.
