Currently serving as the Chairman & CEO of Emmes Group and an Executive Advisor to New Mountain Capital, Sastry has demonstrated a strong track record of success in multiple executive roles.

Previously, he held the position of co-CEO at Medidata, a Dassault Systemes company, where he contributed to the company's growth and success.

Sastry's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Acorn AI, the data science business of Medidata, showcasing his expertise in leveraging technology to drive innovation.

Before his time at Medidata, Sastry honed his strategic and analytical skills as a partner at McKinsey & Company, working closely with clients in various industries to navigate challenges and achieve growth.
