•	Created compelling global branding strategies and associated marketing programs that outflanked competitors and fueled 20%+ year-over-year company growth.
•	Lead multiple new product launches which captured market leadership positions in highly competitive software development and mobile tooling categories with 100,000’s of downloads. Products are now enjoying great following from both software developer and analyst communities.

•	Marketing skill set includes both managing a multi-million dollar budget, and running impactfull campaigns with low- to-no-budget activities that resonate with target audience.

•	As a change agent restructured the marketing team from a ‘clustered’ organization consisting of marketing generalists, to a ‘matrix’ organization with product marketing and marketing operations working side by side.  
•	Implemented differentiated marketing strategies and marketing programs depending on specific Telerik product market penetration. Unified marketing approach generated 25%+ year-over-year revenue growth.
