Sasha Karu is an experienced Program Coordinator with a passion for education and making a positive impact in her community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark and studied Secondary Education and Teaching at Johns Hopkins University School of Education.

She has also worked as a Science Teacher at Colleton County High School and as a Corps Member at Teach For America.
