Sasha Baranikov is an accomplished Non-Executive Director, Executive, and Advisory Board Member with a vast experience across various industries including technology, telecommunications, start-ups, media, and sports.

Sasha's expertise lies in growth strategy, infrastructure planning, technology development, team building, capital fundraising, and strategic marketing, with a proven track record of success in both new ventures and established businesses.

As an award-winning entrepreneur, Sasha served as the Executive Director of Uniti Group, where the company achieved an ASX listing in under 5 years and was later sold for approximately $3.73bn within 10 years.

With recent roles as an Executive at Fleet Space Technologies and as an Investor and Advisor to multiple technology companies, Sasha's background spans commercialization, customer experience, finance, and operations across various industries.

Passionate about innovation and keeping pace in the Industry 4.0 era, Sasha brings a unique perspective to investments, advisory roles, and business ownership through a blend of diverse commercial experiences and a keen understanding of technology adoption.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sasha is a new Mum, partner, artist (taking commissions at @BaranikovArt), and part of a family of talented artists. She enjoys outdoor adventures, travel, and has a particular fondness for the local Adelaide Hills region with plans for a small batch Distillery.
