Sarthak Khurana is an accomplished Agile Transformation Coach working with Boeing currently. With an engineering background and vast experience, he has worked as CEO and President of Khurana Consulting Inc., a Principal Consultant, Trainer, and Coach at Cape Project Management Inc. and Scaled Agile Consultant & SAFe Transformation Coach, SPC at AT&T. He has also worked as a Principal Project Systems Engineer, Value Stream Engineer, & Transformation Coach and a Release Train Engineer at Thales with extensive knowledge of the company's processes.

He has a degree in Electrical and Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and studied at the University of Washington, Bellevue College and Lake Washington Technical College. With over a decade of work experience in different roles like Manager at Chutney's Bistro, he has worked as a Systems Engineer in various capacities at Universal Avionics Systems Corporation.
