Sarika Bhattacharyya

Sarika Gupta Bhattacharyya is a seasoned business leader, social innovator, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in investment banking, international banking, and diversity consulting. She holds an MBA from the Management Development Institute and a Certification in Strategic Non-Profit Management Course from Harvard University. Sarika has also studied Economics at St. Xavier's College and completed her Higher Secondary education from Mahadevi Birla Girls Hr Sec School in Kolkata.

Before pursuing her passion for social innovation, Sarika worked with prestigious firms such as Merrill Lynch and ICICI Bank, handling clients and portfolios across India, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the USA. In 2011, she founded BeyonDiversity, which is now recognized as one of the global top ten diversity consulting firms. It has affiliations with 150+ organizations, and Sarika is still actively involved as a strategic advisor to the organization. Her next venture, Plaksha University, focuses on reimaging higher education and building future skills for the next generation.

Sarika is also a Board Member for non-profits and startups, and she actively contributes to publications on issues related to inclusion and business. She is a recognized speaker in global forums, industry associations, and academic institutions, where she shares her insights and experience regarding social innovation, inclusive leadership, gender issues, and entrepreneurship.
