Sarathy Srinivas

Sarathy Srinivas is an experienced professional with an educational background in Bachelor of Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the renowned National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli. With various positions held at MicroEnsure, an insurance provider for low-income individuals, Srinivas has shown exceptional expertise in global business project management, acting country direction, and business analysis. Srinivas started as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions before working up to the position of Business Analyst. Srinivas has extensive experience in working with technology and managing projects.

In Srinivas’ most recent position, as Country Manager at MicroEnsure, he oversaw the organization’s expansion in providing innovative microinsurance products in India. His previous position was as Global Head of PMO, where he managed the establishment of project management processes across several regions. Srinivas also served as Acting Country Director and Business Analyst. All of these experiences collectively show great versatility and command of key skills beneficial to management roles.
