Saranette Williams

Saranette Williams is a dynamic career professional with a wealth of experience in employer relations, program development, and leadership within the non-profit sector, particularly in education, churches, and social organizations.

Her expertise lies in recruitment, staffing, EEOC compliance, on-boarding, orientations, retention strategies, performance management, motivational activities, and leadership development.

She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration with a counseling emphasis from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, and is currently pursuing an advanced degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions at Old Dominion University.

Throughout her career, Saranette has held key roles at various prestigious institutions such as Norfolk State University, Old Dominion University, Regent University, and the University of Florida.

She has also been actively involved in professional organizations, having chaired and co-chaired conferences at SoACE, served in leadership positions within SACE, and contributed to the Virginia Association of Colleges and Employers (VACE).
