Sarah Woodruff's journey in finding meaningful work began with a casual suggestion over drinks one night leading to a rewarding career as a Regional Technician Recruiter. She studied at the University of Iowa and started her professional career as a Director of eDiscovery at The Glenmont Group. She then worked as a Recruiter at Normyle/Erstling Health Search Group and later on as a Senior Recruiter and Partner at Affinity Resource Group. Currently, she is a Regional Technician Recruiter in the Eastern Region at rpc - The Retail Performance Company, where she finds Service Technicians for BMW dealerships from Maine to Virginia. She also visits high school and post-secondary Automotive Technology Programs to promote the Automotive Service profession. Sarah's passion for diverse and exciting career paths in the field helps aspiring BMW Technicians reach their full potential.
