Sarah Wilson is a New York Times bestselling author, anti-waste campaigner, and founder of IQuitSugar.com, Australia's largest digital wellness site. She has an extensive career as a journalist spanning 25 years, working in television, radio, magazines, newspapers, and online media. Wilson was the former editor of Cosmopolitan magazine and host of Australia's highest-rated television show, MasterChef Australia.
Wilson holds a journalism cadetship from News Ltd and a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, law, politics, and gender studies from The Australian National University. She is the author of several international best-selling books, including I Quit Sugar, I Quit Sugar For Life, and Simplicious, and the newly released zero-waste cookbook, Simplicious Flow.
