Sarah Williams

Sarah Williams started her career at Home Retail Group as a project support member and progressed to become a project coordinator within the Financial Services and Customer Services Development Team, demonstrating a high level of understanding in governance and project processes.

With a focus on Financial Services projects since 2011, Sarah has honed her expertise in infrastructure, business development, and project management. Her experience ranges from implementing complex application systems replacements to integrating mobile apps for customer self-service options.

After the acquisition by Sainsbury's, Sarah took on significant change projects in business transformation, excelling as an interim programme manager responsible for Financial Crime compliance and customer remediation. She currently serves as a programme manager, overseeing large-scale operational changes within contact centers.

Sarah Williams holds an HND in Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and attended Fazakerley High School. Throughout her career, she has held key roles such as Programme Delivery Manager at Atlanta Group, Programme Manager at Sainsbury's Bank, Senior Project Manager at Sainsbury's Bank, Senior Project Manager at Home Retail Group PLC, Project Manager at Home Retail Group PLC, and Programme Administrator at Home Retail Group PLC.
