Sarah Weygand is a highly accomplished veteran and Director of Military and Veteran Student Services at Park University. Equipped with a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership and Adult Learning, she is committed to assisting and advocating for military-connected students and their families as they navigate higher education. Her extensive experience includes serving as a Health Promotion & Student Wellness Associate and Program Coordinator of Military and Veteran Student Services at Park University, as well as a Florist at Leavenworth Floral and Aquatics Supervisor at GREEN RIDGE RECREATION ORGANIZATION. Sarah’s firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by veterans transitioning into civilian life shapes her approach to the work, as she strives to empower her students to overcome obstacles and succeed in their academic pursuits.
