She is the founder of Highlight Asia, a full-service digital marketing and event management company that has worked with top brands in Hong Kong and beyond. With over ten years of experience, she has served as a marketing consultant for various organizations, including Genting Hong Kong Limited, Sigma Production Limited, and Maximal Concepts.

Sarah's educational background includes studies in multimedia and graphic design at De La Salle University and graphic design at Raffles Design Institute. She has also founded "Girls of Hong Kong," a community of over 3000 women, where she organizes social events and charitable causes in Hong Kong. Besides, Sarah manages The Guilty Culture, a worldwide e-commerce website that offers luxury bandage dress designs for women.

Before setting up Highlight Asia, Sarah worked as a Partner and Digital Strategist at First Page Digital, a global agency that specializes in digital advertising for clients such as Cathay Pacific, Rolls Royce, and Decathlon. Her work included building digital strategy and driving lead generation for the clients.
