Sarah Tobocman

Sarah Lea Tobocman is a prominent attorney and shareholder at Gunster, where she serves as the Chair of the Immigration Practice Group. With over 35 years of experience in business immigration law, she has been leading Gunster's Immigration practice since 1999. Tobocman specializes in providing legal counsel to corporate clients on various immigration matters, including employment-based visa petitions for executives, managers, and skilled workers across multiple sectors such as healthcare, technology, and finance.12

Her extensive background includes serving as the former chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) South Florida Chapter and co-chair of the Immigration Committee of the International Law Section of the Florida Bar.
