Sarah Stremlau

Sarah Stremlau is a highly experienced and dynamic leader in the philanthropic, nonprofit, and government sectors with two decades of experience. Stremlau has played a key role in helping philanthropic, nonprofit, and government leaders achieve their impact goals. She has an impressive range of experience in deploying philanthropic tools and has led large teams to launch, scale, and build capacity for nonprofit organizations across various issue areas.

Stremlau is highly skilled at driving business units, including setting and implementing strategic direction, hiring and managing staff, aligning stakeholders, managing P&L, and leading business development to achieve revenue and profit targets. She has been recognized for her thought leadership and cross-team collaboration skills that have helped her to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Stremlau has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Sociology from Stanford University, and an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School. She has also worked as a Senior Research Officer and Program Analyst at the National Endowment for the Arts and is currently serving as the President at LOCUS Impact Investing.
