Sarah Romberg

Sarah Romberg is a seasoned executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at 2nd Chance Treatment Centers since May 2024. She previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at the same organization from January to June 2024, and before that, she was the Director of Strategic Initiatives from September 2022 to January 2024. In her roles, she has been instrumental in leading operational, strategic, and marketing initiatives for a multi-state outpatient behavioral health organization with an annual revenue of approximately $40 million.1

Prior to her tenure at 2nd Chance Treatment Centers, Romberg worked at DaVita Kidney Care, where she held several positions including Manager of Strategy Operations and Senior Analyst of Operations Strategy. During her time there, she managed teams focused on implementing new electronic medical record systems across numerous clinics and developed strategies that significantly improved operational efficiency and satisfaction scores.12

Romberg began her career with various roles in marketing and operations, including an Assistant Buyer position at Craftsy and internships in sales and marketing. Her educational background includes a degree from the Kellogg School of Management, which has equipped her with the skills necessary for her leadership roles in healthcare operations.1
