Served as the first Manager of Career Coaching at Guild Education developing processes for tracking and measuring career coaching engagement and quality. I created service offerings with coaches to enable learners to capture opportunities beyond their educational programs. I built, managed, and coached five remote FTE across the country.

• Revenue Generation: Successfully generated over $800K in revenue through the strategic planning and execution of major career events, including highly attended engineering and technology fairs and specialized networking nights.
• Innovative Event Formats: Achieved an 83% increase in student attendance between fall 2016 and fall 2017 by transforming the format of career fairs from indoor to outdoor venues, revolutionizing student engagement and participation.
• New Initiative Launches: Pioneered and managed new initiatives such as the Hire UCLA Reception and UCLA Internship Open House, which collectively attracted over 30 employers and 40 campus partners each.

• Data-Driven Student Services Improvements: Drove strategic improvements in student services by deploying a new data collection system using kiosk swiping technology. Established key metrics for student engagement across various CDO workshops and counseling sessions, significantly enhancing the measurement and effectiveness of student interactions.
