Sarah Minkus

Sarah Minkus is a managing director and partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she is a core member of the firm's Consumer practice with significant experience in consumer insights.1 She has been working at BCG since graduating from Yale University in 2008.2

Throughout her career at BCG, Minkus has had diverse experiences, including:

• Taste-testing for food manufacturers
• Touring plants with industrial-goods companies
• Visiting stores in different countries
• Interviewing mothers and babies in Israel2

Minkus majored in theater studies and psychology at Yale. She chose consulting because it offered stability and meritocracy while still providing aspects she loved about theater, such as working on new projects, traveling to different places, and playing various roles.2

She believes her experiences at BCG have led her down an unexpected but positive path, opening many doors for her future career.2
