Sarah Lovelace

Sarah Lovelace is an experienced human resources professional who served as VP of People at Plenty, an indoor vertical farming company based in San Francisco, from October 2016 to June 2020.3 She joined Plenty as the sixth employee and played a crucial role in growing the company to nearly 400 employees.12 Her responsibilities at Plenty included recruiting, people operations, people partners, learning and development, total rewards, and diversity and inclusion.12

Prior to her role at Plenty, Sarah spent nearly seven years at Box, a cloud content management company.1 At Box, she held various positions, including:
