Sarah Kishinevsky, PhD

Sarah Kishinevsky, PhD, serves as the Director and Head of the BioVenture eLab at Weill Cornell Medicine. She has a strong background in neuroscience, having completed her PhD in the Neuroscience program at Weill Cornell Medical College, where she was also involved in research at the Lorenz Studer laboratory at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.123

In her role at the BioVenture eLab, Dr. Kishinevsky is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship within the biomedical field. She oversees various initiatives, including the Bench-to-Bedside Initiative, which helps students and faculty translate innovative ideas into viable business ventures. The eLab provides essential resources such as mentorship, workshops, and networking opportunities aimed at developing early-stage companies in the life sciences sector.14

Dr. Kishinevsky emphasizes the importance of equipping the Weill Cornell community with the tools necessary for success in launching new ventures that can positively impact biomedicine.
