Sarah Judkins

Sarah Judkins is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and business development.

Currently leading the M&A team at Fonterra, Sarah plays a pivotal role in driving key M&A activities and strategic initiatives globally within the organization.

Prior to her role at Fonterra, Sarah served as the Chief Strategy Officer at NZME, where she was instrumental in shaping the company's future strategic direction and digital strategies.

With over 20 years of experience in operational strategy, M&A, and integration planning, Sarah has a wealth of knowledge garnered from working across various industries in New Zealand and Asia.

Sarah holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment Analysis from the Securities Institute of Australia, a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from the University of Auckland, and has also studied at St Cuthberts College.

Her extensive professional background includes positions such as Director at KPMG New Zealand and KPMG China, as well as an Analyst at Westpac.

Sarah's expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic plans, collaborating with business managers and stakeholders, and spearheading high-impact initiatives.
