Sarah Howson

Sarah Howson is a former Executive Assistant with over 20 years of C-Suite level experience.14 She founded the Strategic PA Network (formerly known as Bucks, Berks and Oxon PA Network or BBO PA Network) in 2015.2 Sarah is also the co-founder and director of Strategic PA Recruitment, a boutique headhunting agency launched in 2020.3

Sarah's career began after university when she started as an assistant to the CEO of a small semiconductor startup.1 She later moved to a FTSE250 international oil and gas support services company, where she supported both the CEO and CFO.1 Throughout her career, she has organized international leadership conferences, managed global trade shows, and investor roadshows.2

The Strategic PA Network was created out of Sarah's passion for connecting assistants and building relationships.3 It provides a platform for Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Virtual Assistants, Administrators, and Office Managers to network, share best practices, and develop professionally.2

Sarah is known for her talent in building relationships and connecting people.1 She is passionate about empowering others and promoting the capabilities of PAs and EAs in the business world.2 Sarah lives in Wooburn Green with her husband and two young boys, and she supports the charity Smart Works Reading in her spare time.15
