Sarah Guske

Sarah Guske, a seasoned partner at Baker Botts, is a prominent figurehead in the Intellectual Property industry with a specialized focus on software and electronics patent litigation. Guske's professional background includes serving clients in district court and before PTAB with regard to optical components, telecommunications protocols, graphic chipset design, and more. Alongside her IP litigation expertise, Guske is an Adjunct Professor at the University of California Hastings School of Law, where she teaches IP law. She holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics, summa cum laude, from Whitworth University and Washington State University.
