Sarah Cunningham-Scharf

Sarah Cunningham-Scharf is a talented journalist, storyteller, and SaaS marketing expert with a passion for customer success. She graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Journalism and quickly made a name for herself in the marketing world, holding positions as a Marketing Content Specialist, Communications Consultant, and Field Marketing Specialist for companies like Auvik Networks.

She then co-founded Revision Commerce, a company providing a better way for e-commerce storefronts to manage their product catalog. After that, she worked as the Content Creator and Marketer for Pulse before moving up to Knowledge and Delivery Manager, and ultimately her current role as Enterprise Customer Success Lead.

During her career, Sarah has also worked as a PR consultant, Communications Intern for the Canadian Olympic Committee, Lifeguard and Swim Instructor for the Town of Richmond Hill, and held various internships with top Canadian publishers.

Today, Sarah is known for her expertise in SaaS marketing, customer success, and content creation.
