Sarah Crabb

Sarah Crabb is a top investment funds specialist at the globally renowned law firm Simmons & Simmons, with a focus on hedge and private funds in various jurisdictions.

Sarah advises leading global managers on open- and closed-ended structures, including 'hybrid' funds, and works with emerging managers in diverse asset classes.

She is a prominent figure in the FinTech sector and is recognized for her expertise in cryptocurrency funds, having pioneered Simmons & Simmons' London office's first cryptocurrency fund.
