Sarah has a rich history of designing GUIs for various platforms, from web applications to enterprise systems, spanning multiple industries.

Her UX expertise extends to design research, service design, and customer experience strategies, leveraging lean UX techniques, customer journey mapping, and in-depth customer research.

Specializing in coaching and mentoring UX and design teams, Sarah is adept at collaborating on customer experience and design research, conceptualization, and product strategy.
