Sarah Antor

Sarah Antor is an accomplished professional currently holding the position of Chief Operating Officer for Raymond James European Investment Banking.

With over 20 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in banking, corporate matters, organizational management, and business development.

Sarah's career started in fixed income (high yield) sales, trading, and research at First Union Securities, Inc. (now Wells Fargo Bank).

Prior to her role at Raymond James, she served as the General Counsel at Payworks GmbH, a payments fintech company.

Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of South Carolina School of Law, along with a background in Law & Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

She also obtained a BA in Economics and Sociology from Tulane University and completed studies at The Lawrenceville School.

Throughout her career, Sarah has been associated with prestigious organizations, including holding key roles such as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Raymond James European Investment Banking.

She has also been actively involved in academia as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate/Commercial Law at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München and as Adjunct Faculty at EU Business School.

Sarah Antor has also held significant positions such as Director at DSA Legal & Compliance Group, Of Counsel at DWF Germany, and Chief Legal Counsel at the Office of the Governor, State of South Carolina.

Her vast experience also includes roles in asset management at SCBT, and Fixed Income Sales at both Wells Fargo Securities and Morgan Stanley.
