Developed and executed top strategy initiatives, and drove company-wide operational efficiency. Key results:
• Organized and led 'Making Plaid Easier' initiative spanning 7 cross-functional teams that reduced legal involvement on low-revenue deals, accelerated customer onboarding for a new product by 3x, and saved ~3 hours per week for account managers.

• Created and led our Executive Engagement Strategy, which 1/ mapped key stakeholders to Plaid c-suite for targeted relationship building, 2/ created an internal monthly process to surface proactive executive asks for unblocking deals, multi-threading into key accounts, or cold-outreaching to break into new accounts, and 3/ launched regular Exec Events (6 in 6 months) that opened or unblocked key deals with top Enterprise and Banking customers and prospects.

• Developed 2024 GTM Strategy and drove consistent process to discuss and resolve blockers, and remove silos to improve collaboration across GTM <> Product.

• Built and led team of 14 direct reports, as well as operationalized SMB growth from $2M to $90M+ in ARR and 10x customer growth.

• Developed top talent by building training programs, playbooks, and creating a cross-segment mentorship program, resulting in team promotions within SMB and into management, Enterprise, Business Operations, and Product. 
 
• Successfully moved the SMB team to variable comp to align goals with incentives, resulting in $2M incremental ARR (150% of target) within the first 6 months of the program.

• Developed Plaid's first customer lead-scoring model to predict the highest potential startups - we successfully predicted, nurtured, and grew 6 startups out of thousands that broke Plaid's top 20 revenue-driving customers within 18 months.

• Collaborated cross-functionally to ship key process improvements with Support, Product, Legal, Marketing and Ops that saved reps 5+ hours per week.

Operations Manager

• Created our end-to-end, data-driven sales strategy for NRG’s Community Solar product. Built a network flow model into a light-weight tool that increased sales outreach efforts by 10x and reduced contract closing timing by 50%, which generated $52M in EBITDA (over 25-year project life).

• Developed new Solar+Battery product showcasing NRG’s competitive advantage. Resulted in my team closing Whole Foods, our largest partnership to date.

Business Development - Commercial Solar

Built technical model to evaluate the economics and specs for 100+ companies in the battery, inverter, and software space for microgrid development. Provided our final battery recommendation for Richard Branson’s Necker Island microgrid.

Engineering Analyst

• Collaborated on strategy for strengthening US Army energy security, resiliency, and sustainability with on-site uninterruptible power development. Assessed utility-scale renewable energy deployment at key military bases around the US.

• Conducted deep-dive analysis on plasma gasification for syn-gas fuel generation and sustainable waste removal; presented to Department of Defense staff.
