Sara Winkelmann

Sara Winkelmann is a qualified professional with a diverse educational background in natural resource management, sustainability studies, and nutrition sciences.

Sara holds a Master of Science (MS) in Natural Resource Management from Humboldt University of Berlin, demonstrating her expertise in this field.

Her educational journey also includes studies in Sustainability Studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Nutrition Sciences at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and further studies in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Vienna.

Sara has gained valuable work experience in various capacities, including roles at Electric Elephant Publishing as an Agricultural Expert and Nutritional Scientific Writer, Charité as a Research Study Assistant and Student Research Assistant, Leibniz Institute of Vegetable and Ornamental Crops (IGZ) for her Master Thesis, and San Vino as a Sales Staff member.
