Sara Wiita is a co-founder of ChapterTwo Group, along with her former Google job-share partner, Shannon Crile. With over 20 years of business experience, Sara has a deep understanding of modern work practices and specializes in navigating change and developing successful programs. Having been a Google veteran for nearly 20 years, she initially worked in advertising sales managing strategic relationships and revenue growth for Fortune 500 partners. In 2018, she transitioned to a more fulfilling career path by co-founding Threadit, a video-messaging product aimed at improving workplace productivity and connectedness. Sara and Shannon are pioneers in promoting job-sharing and advocating for flexible work arrangements within organizations. At ChapterTwo Group, they are dedicated to helping clients create people-first cultures that lead to successful businesses.
