Sara Teiken

Sara Teiken is a seasoned project manager with a background in Life Science & Health Care, specializing in addressing risk-related queries from pharmaceutical firms, medical facilities, and other entities within the healthcare sector. She possesses a keen interest in Human Rights, particularly in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals, and is dedicated to enhancing systems in regions grappling with heightened social inequalities.

Her educational qualifications include a L.L.M. in Public International Law and International Law from Leiden University, a Master of Science (MSc) in Crisis and Security Management from the same institution, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and International Organization from the University of Groningen, a Minor in Law from Jagiellonian University, and Propaedeutics in Medical Imaging & Radiotherapy from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.

Sara has held various roles in different organizations, such as serving as the Junior Manager Regulatory Risk, Senior Consultant Regulatory Risk, Consultant Regulatory Risk, and Work Student Governance, Risk & Compliance at Deloitte Nederland. She has also been actively involved in roles including Ambassador Pre-symposium at VeerStichting, Homework Tutor at Haags Studiepunt, Student Representative Education Committee at Leiden University, University Manager at AthenaStudies, Faculty Manager at AthenaStudies, and more.

Furthermore, Sara has previous experience as the Supervisor of Asylum Procedure at the Dutch Council for Refugees, Coordinator Public Relations of the Board of NGIZ-Noord at NGIZ - Nederlands Genootschap voor Internationale Zaken, External Contacts in the Team School Projects at NGIZ - Nederlands Genootschap voor Internationale Zaken, and in other roles within different organizations.
