Sara Roberts

Sara Roberts is a recruiting strategy advisor specializing in early-stage SaaS startups, focusing on Customer Success. She founded Bayview Talent in 2019, successfully placing over 60 critical hires at hypergrowth SaaS startups like Gorgias, Rippling, and Routable.

Sara is also known for her role as the creator, producer, and host of the podcast Success Unscripted. She has developed a course to help job seekers enhance their LinkedIn profiles. Sara is a Bay Area native currently residing in Denver with her husband, baby girl, and Bernedoodle.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Sara enjoys relaxing in bathtubs, playing board games, and mimicking farm animals in an amateur capacity.
