Sara Neff

Sara Neff is a highly accomplished sustainability leader who made it her mission to bring sustainability initiatives to the forefront in the real estate industry. A graduate of Columbia Business School and Stanford University, she is the Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Kilroy Realty Corporation, where she led the implementation of numerous sustainability initiatives, including energy and water efficiency projects, green janitor education, electric vehicle charging stations, and the deployment of solar and battery installations, amongst others. Thanks to her leadership, Kilroy Realty Corporation was named the #1 public real estate company across all asset classes on sustainability in the Americas by GRESB. Her experience also includes roles at Idealab, Google, and serving on several advisory boards, such as the GRID Alternatives Board of Directors and The CLEEN Project advisory board. She is a recognized expert and speaker on energy efficiency, market transformation, and green leasing, and has spoken at more than 20 industry conferences and seminars every year.
